Fruitarian Meal Plan for Zinc with Coconut, Rambutan, Avocado, Raspberries and Boysenberries
This plan involves using raspberries to help get enough zinc. Boysenberries if they can be acquired might be a better choice though since they have a bit over 20% more zinc than raspberries do. Neither of these berry choices cause you to be having an excess of any other nutrient listed by cronometer when I created these snapshots.

This nutrition plan was developed for a one day fruitarian retreat being planned for some people in the United States. Some fruits in this plan can be bought at the local grocery stores in their city while others can be procured directly local growers and home garden growers found through Facebook, Facebook groups and other means.
